To reward excellence, Crown Flour Mill, feted its distributors in Abuja and Lagos, hosting a customer forum to express gratitude to them for their patronage and support throughout the year. The Abuja event, which was held at Fraser Suites, recognised and appreciated the loyalty of their Northern-based customers. It also allowed the company to engage with patrons, gather feedback and strengthen the bond between the brand and its customers.

 
At the Lagos event, which was held at Eko Hotels and Suites, the company not only appreciated its Southern-based customers but also used the event to launch its latest addition to their portfolio, Mama’s Pride Pasta. Before the events, the firm presented gifts and cash prizes to customers who demonstrated loyalty and partnership.
 
Speaking at the event, Vice President Commercial, Crown Flour Mill, Bolaji Anifowose, said, “Business operations in the last three years have been a roller coaster. We have continued to have both high tides and smooth sails. We thank you that in all these seasons, you have held on tightly to us and have continued to support our brands. This is one of the reasons that have sustained our brands in the leadership position across all our key categories. Our flour, pasta and semolina brands remain a force to reckon with in the bakeries and retail stores across the regions and for this, we are immensely grateful.”
   
Also speaking about the launch of Mama’s Pride pasta, General Manager, Marketing B2C, Bola Adeniji, said the launch is to create more smart options for Nigerian consumers. Adeniji stated that they have a robust route-to-market strategy to ensure the product is available in all key markets and channels of distribution in a timely and fashionable manner.
  
The events featured engaging discussions, interactive sessions, and a showcase of the firm’s commitment to innovation and quality. The company invited all its esteemed customers, partners and stakeholders to join in the festivities and share the joy of a successful year.

Hamisu Rabiu representing the Northern distributors and Femi Areo, representing the South West and South East distributors, both expressed their appreciation to the company for helping them grow their businesses in the last few years and also appraised the customer service and relationship management skills of the brand as top-notch.
