While organisations believe that the move would improve financial, audit, accounting, taxation, and other advisory services to businesses, seeking growth opportunities in Nigeria and across Africa, the development comes ahead of Pedabo’s 25th anniversary.
Chief Executive of Kreston Global, Liza Robbins, said the new ties would significantly contribute to Kreston’s network, as the firms are looking forward to collaborating with them.
“Pedabo has an outstanding reputation in the Nigerian tax, audit, and advisory sectors over the past 25 years. Their expertise makes them a reliable business partner for clients. We’re eager to work with them to enhance their international standing, build connections across the network, and beyond,” Robbins said.
Managing Partner at Pedabo, Ajibade Fashina said the decision to join Kreston wasn’t taken lightly as the firm intends to establish a successful collaboration and explore Pedabo’s future, leveraging the strengths and opportunities of the 13th largest accountancy network worldwide.
“Pedabo is thrilled to start this new chapter. As founders, Albert and I are proud of our progress and the legacy we’ve built. We’re even more excited about the next 25 years and the new leadership that will elevate the firm with the Kreston brand,” Fashina said.
