Sanwo-Olu to headline IBMN Brands Week

The Institute of Brands Management of Nigeria (IBMN) is set to hold this year’s Nigeria Brands Week from December 15, 2023.

Themed, ‘Positioning Nigerian Brands In The Contemporary Global Market: Issues, Challenges and Strategies’, the event is billed for Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry conference centre, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.

Lined-up are the Nigeria Brands Summit, National Brands Excellence & Leadership Award (NABELA), Made in Nigeria Brands Exhibition and Nigeria Brands CEO Awards. Equally scheduled to hold are the conferment of honorary fellowship on deserving industry experts and induction of new members.

Speaking on the weeklong event, Editor in Chief, Desmond Esorougwe, said the summit is designed to solve problems that confront brands in today’s challenging business world.

According to him, the National Brand Excellence and Leadership Award (NABELA) is the celebration of made in Nigeria products and services. They will be rewarded and recognised for adopting brand building mechanism to grow their business.

Special guest expected at the event is the Executive Governor of Lagos, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
