Wellington Court Finance forced to pay out €7m over ‘bad advice’
Dolphin Trust was headquartered in the German city of Hanover
A UK financial claims company has said much of the money invested by people who allegedly received “bad advice” from Offaly-based Wellington Court Financial Services ended up in ill-fated Dolphin Capital.
Brendan Burke, a listed director at Wellington Court, said he had no knowledge of the company’s UK operations and said he was not in a position to answer questions on the arrangement.
