The Singaporean Official Gazette Oct. 27 published Order No. S 690, amending the 2018 DTA with Tunisia, to comply with the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI). The order enters into force Nov. 1, and applies on or after: 1) Jan. 1, 2024, for withholding taxes; and 2) May 1, 2024, for all other taxes. [Singapore, Government Legal Database, 10/27/23]
