HEC Montréal and Chicago Booth forge global partnership, pioneering Executive Programs to champion ethical leadership and compliance across borders
Executive Education HEC Montréal has teamed up with the University of Chicago Booth School of Business to offer a tailored custom executive education program to organizations looking to put ethics and compliance at the forefront of their business practices.
More and more organizations operating in a wide range of industries are coming to the realization that responsible leadership is the true key to winning hearts and minds, not only within their own ranks but also with an ever-more discerning public. The foundations of responsible leadership are built on integrity, accountability, good judgment and a deep sense of purpose. Learning how to instil these values and put these principles into practice every day, at every level of an organization, takes strategic insight and a well-honed set of skills — which will be the core focus of the custom programs to be jointly developed and delivered by two of North America’s most prominent executive education providers.
These custom programs will equip professionals with essential skills for ethics and compliance in business through lectures, case studies, and hands-on sessions. Participants will explore fundamental areas such as cybersecurity, data protection, fraud, corruption, and workplace harassment. Above all, the program aims to nurture a keen, analytical mindset in attendees, enabling them to make informed and sound decisions when faced with ethical dilemmas.
Executive Education HEC Montréal sees enormous promise in this initiative.
With a faculty that boasts numerous Nobel Prize winners in Economic Sciences, Booth stands as an institution distinguished by its rigorous inquiry and transformative education.
