We are currently seeking an Financial Assistant Controller who will report to the Financial Controller as part of our dynamic team in Trecate.

Your opportunity

You will form an integral part of the Control Department within the Supply Chain & Logistics Business Unit, ensuring the accurate reporting of logistics costs. This challenging role will allow you to manage the accounting of our luxury brands.

How you will contribute

  • Intercompany reconciliation
  • General ledger accruals and journal entry posting
  • Checking and posting: Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivables
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Carry out both daily and monthly reports and analysis
  • Support in the preparation of the business plan and the presentation of the result
  • Collaborate with the Finance Department along with other teams in order to guarantee group reporting for actual closing, budget and forecast

Who you are

  • Professional with Economics or similar degree
  • A former experience in a similar role would be a plus
  • Fluent in Italian with a good knowledge in English
  • Expert in using Office Suite and High level of Excel ( Macro, Pivot etc)
  • The working knowledge of SAP/AFO will be a plus;
  • Great team player with excellent analytical and organizational skills, used to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proactive detail-oriented person who is able to regularly meet tough deadlines
  • If you belong to legally protected categories (L. 68/99) your application is more than welcomed
