New seed business opens in Swift County

DEGRAFF — DeGraff is home to a new seed business. Ben Johnson, who has worked in seed district sales and agriculture retail for 15 years, has opened Swift Ag Service in rural DeGraff.

According to a news release, Johnson will offer Channel brand seeds and serve Swift County.

He will provide advice as well as field evaluations with regular visits to monitor crop development throughout the year. Information collected throughout the year for custom reports also will be used in planning for the following year.
