After great success in its first few months, a mentoring program for young people in Warren County is starting a session. The program pairs teens with the owner of a business. The young people learn how to successfully run a business. The program was created to help at-risk youth through Warren County Probation, Workforce Development and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Big donation for Albany High Robotics Team

The Albany High School Robotics Team just received a check for $7,500. The money comes from the Gene Haas Foundation, which donates millions of dollars every year to educational programs on manufacturing. The current Albany robotics team is the biggest one so far, with 50 members.

James Taylor returning to Tanglewood

James Taylor and his All-Star Band will be back at Tanglewood in Lenox, Berkshire County this summer. The shows are July 3 and July 4. This is the first time since 2019 that all 36,000 seats will be available for the two shows, report NewsChannel 13’s media partners at the Berkshire Eagle.
