Service Care Solutions has been awarded Medium Business of the Year at the Be Inspired Business Awards (The BIBA Awards).
Run by the North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, the nine-month judging process now welcomes hundreds of businesses to the race of being crowned ‘Lancashire’s Best’ in 20 different award categories.
Following previous success, Service Care Solutions, a recruitment business that embodies the values Integrity, Hard Work and Valuing Relationships, with a focus on long-term sustainability, triumphed with their first-ever win of Medium Business of the Year.
“Winning Medium Business of the Year at the BIBA Awards is an accolade that SCS are immensely proud of. When you consider the other fantastic businesses across Lancashire, to be recognised as the best in this category is a milestone achievement. Accolades like this wouldn’t be possible without our employees who continue to work incredibly hard, so a special gratitude is owed to them for making this happen,” said Jonathan Church, associate director of Service Care Solutions.
The annual event which is held at Blackpool Tower Ballroom saw the Preston recruitment agency secured finalist positions in two additional categories – Employer of the Year and Apprentice Team of the Year – after being crowned Lancashire’s Employer of the Year since 2021, and collecting the trophy for Apprentice of the Year in 2022.
Based at Arthur House on Winckley Square, Service Care Solutions provide temporary and permanent recruitment to Public, Private and Third-Sector Organisations nationwide. They currently employ a team of 110 who work collaboratively to deliver an award-winning service across a range of sectors, including Health & Social Care, Construction, Legal, Sales, and Offender Rehabilitation.
“To be named as Lancashire’s Best Medium Business for the first time is truly a great honour for Service Care Solutions. We are proud to have experienced some great wins at these awards over the past few years but this which required performance against such a range of different criteria is truly special,” said Paul Bradley, associate director of Service Care Solutions.
Paul continued, “Winning the award required dedication from each and every person within our business and I would like to thank them all for their contribution towards our success. We would also like to congratulate all of our fellow finalists and winners on the night, and thank all of the judges, sponsors, and organisers for putting on what is always a great celebration for the community and local businesses”.
The entry process will soon open for businesses who wish to compete for the 2024 trophies.
