Eric Herbelin has been appointed Country Manager Insurance at Sompo International, a global provider of commercial and consumer property and casualty (re)insurance.
Based in Zurich, Switzerland, Eric Herbelin brings 20 years of senior leadership and international management experience to the position.
With a global track record, Herbelin is eager to work from Switzerland to expand strategy and grow the presence of Sompo International in an essential market where he has deep roots and connections, both personally and professionally.
As a global insurance industry leader, he has also been featured internationally for his contributions within the leadership and change space.
Herbelin has previously held senior leadership roles with global companies such as Zurich Insurance and Swiss Re, accruing a wealth of knowledge and experience that he intends to bring to his new appointment at Sompo International.
