Property management company ALTIDO is offering apartments in the conversion of an historic former fire station in central London.
ALTIDO, which announced that it was targeting the corporate rental market earlier this year, is offering a range of 19 apartments at Westminster Fire Station in the Victoria area of London.
The development includes a mixture of one, two and three-bed apartments, including some with views of the London skyline and Big Ben. Corporate clients can book accommodation for days, weeks or months and a concierge service is available for guests.
ALTIDO, which was acquired by European shared accommodation rental platform DoveVivo last year, said Westminster Fire Station would be its “flagship” property in London.
Will Parry, CEO of ALTIDO, added: “We are thrilled to be able to put this iconic, characterful property on London’s hospitality map. The building’s distinct heritage and high-spec renovation make it an entirely unique option for discerning travellers visiting the capital.”
