Dubai-based WEB·N·TECH, a technology solutions provider that specialises in digital transformation, announced on Thursday, August 24, that it has expanded its services in the Netherlands under the umbrella of SolaaS Group.

WEB·N·TECH says that this is an important milestone in its growth strategy with the introduction of SolaaS Lab, dedicated to R&D. 

Located at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, the company will join more than 280 organisations driving high-tech innovations.

This SolaaS Group division aims to innovate and streamline the event and live entertainment industry. They plan to explore global digital transformation projects, using the Netherlands as a base to expand into the US market.

Majd Aburas, CEO of SolaaS Group, says, “At the end of a successful 2021, we recognised an opportunity to grow and expand our reach. Then, the research began to find the most suitable ecosystem for our operations – we looked at a few countries in Europe including the Netherlands.”

“In a concerted effort to restructure the business for an optimised R&D environment and a technological ecosystem, we selected Eindhoven as our base. This marked the commencement of our European entities within a few months of first contact with the NFIA,” adds Aburas.
