A BRADFORD district estate agents is celebrating after a busy year in business so far, including selling five homes in five days.

According to the latest data from Rightmove, Dacre, Son & Hartley’s Bingley office has agreed more than 100 home sales since the start of 2023.

This accounts for over a quarter of all homes sold in Bingley’s BD16 postcode area, as well as BD13, BD15 and BD20 – including Cullingworth, Denholme, Thornton, Harden and Wilsden.

These include a four-bedroom detached family home on Bingley’s sought after Oakwood Drive, with guide price of £685,000; a three-bedroom semi-detached home on Bradford Road, with a guide price of £300,000; and three-bedroom home in need of modernisation on Primrose Lane, with a guide price of £179,950.

It also agreed sales on a recently renovated four-bedroom detached period home in Cullingworth, with a guide price of £500,000, and a three-bedroom cottage in Harden, with a guide price of £199,950.
