JetBlue has launched a new loyalty partnership with YOTEL to offer rewards and point accrual benefits to its TrueBlue and Mosaic members.

As of today, all members of the US carrier’s revamped TrueBlue loyalty programme will be able to earn points on stays at YOTEL properties at a rate of one point per US dollar spent (excluding taxes and fees).

Members will also be eligible for a 10 per cent room rate discount and will receive complimentary food and drink amenities on arrival at a YOTEL property. Additionally, members will be able to enjoy JetBlue’s bespoke pre/post-flight cocktail the “Mint Condition” at select YOTEL bars.

TrueBlue Mosaic members will additionally be eligible to benefit from complimentary room upgrades and late check-out until 2pm (subject to availability)

A dedicated booking page for JetBlue customers at yotel.com/jetblue can be used in order to earn points through bookings and receive perks. Alternatively, US-based customers can use JetBlue’s paisley.com travel booking website to earn TrueBlue points towards perks and Mosaic status. Bookings made via third parties will not be eligible for the new perks and rewards.

Christopher Buckner, vice president of loyalty and partnerships at JetBlue, said: “JetBlue is proud to partner with YOTEL, a company that also values maximum comfort at a lower price, to give our TrueBlue members an elevated experience when travelling to our top domestic and international destinations. Through this partnership, we’re excited to offer TrueBlue members even more ways to earn points and rewards both on the ground and in the sky.”

Meanwhile, YOTEL’s CEO Hubert Viriot added: “YOTEL’s guest experience was founded on the principles of airline travel, from our self check-in kiosks to our clever, space-saving rooms and PADs, with adjustable beds. We’re proud to continue to enhance our customer experience by joining forces with JetBlue.”

YOTEL is a global hospitality company based in London with three brands: YOTEL, YOTELPAD and YOTELAIR. The group operates 14 hotels in the US and Europe, plus airport hotels at London Gatwick, Amsterdam Schiphol, Paris, Charles de Gaulle, Istanbul Airport, and Singapore Changi.
