In honour of Levi’s remarkable 150-year legacy, Marcelo Burlon County of Milan and the iconic American denim brand have united their creative forces to produce a captivating assortment of upcycled denim pieces, marking a significant milestone.
The exclusive collection, offered in limited numbers, combines Marcelo Burlon’s distinctive designs with Levi’s iconic denim styles, utilising cutting-edge laser techniques to create a captivating patchwork effect on a trucker jacket and a pair of jeans.
Let’s start with the Levi’s Vintage Trucker Jacket, adorned with Marcelo Burlon’s angular motif on the upper section, paying homage to the classic Levi’s Type II Trucker Jacket known for its distinctive pleated accents.
On the other hand, the Authentic Straight Vintage 551Z Jeans showcase the coined graphic on the lower portions of each leg, drawing inspiration from Levi’s original pre-shrunk jeans. Notably, both designs proudly display Marcelo Burlon’s County blue tags and cross logo flag labels.
Levi’s, dating back to 1873, is a pioneering denim brand known for its iconic 501 style. To celebrate its anniversary, it has collaborated with Rolling Loud, JJJJound, Slam Jam, Born X Raised, and more, while organizing in-store events.
