Damian M. Ulatowski has been voted to serve on the board of directors of PERMA, the Public Employer Risk Management Association Inc.
Ulatowski is a resident of Clay where he is currently the town supervisor.

The Town of Clay has been a member of the PERMA program since 2008 with active engagement. As a board member, Ulatowski will continue to support and advocate for current members in developing the best workers’ compensation program for New York public entities.
PERMA Inc. is a member-owned, nonprofit association of public entities providing risk management services and workers’ compensation coverage through a group self-insurance program. It was founded in 1982 to provide local units of government with a cost-effective alternative to traditional workers’ compensation programs and to improve the quality of services provided to injured employees. Currently, PERMA serves more than 600 municipalities and public entities across New York state.
