The 1.11 million visitors that arrived in May is still more than double the arrivals a year ago.
Visitor arrivals dropped slightly in May but remained over a million, according to latest figures from the Singapore Tourism Analytics Network, a government agency website that references data from the Singapore Tourism Board.
A total of 1.11 million visitors entered the Lion City in May, official figures showed, based on the number of SG Arrival Cards collected during the month. This is 165.9% higher than a year ago, when Singapore recorded only 418.46 thousand arrivals.
