Seatrium in, Keppel DC Reit out at stock index

The Straits Times Index underwent a quarterly review.

Seatrium, developed after the Sembmarine and Keppel marine firm merger, has been added to the STI, FTSE Russell said.

Keppel DC Reit will be removed from the index, following the index operator’s June 2023 review.

The STI reserve list contains five highest-ranking non-constituents if the STI by market capitalisation, will be in CapitaLand Ascott Trust, Frasers Centrepoint Trust, Keppel DC REIT, Olam Group, and Suntec REIT. 

“Stocks on the reserve list will replace any constituents that become ineligible as a result of corporate actions before the next review. A full list of STI constituents can be found on the website,” read the statement.

Changes will undertake on 19 June 2023 whilst the next review will take place in September 2023.
