For would-be applicants, it details a job description, code of conduct, salary expectations and even a commitment to diversity that would not look out of place in any reputable FTSE-100 company. “It does not matter what country you live in, what types of language you speak, what age you are, what religion you believe in, anyone on the planet can work with us at any time of year,” reads the notice.
