38 Squire Park units nearing completion

Kamiak’s site is about two blocks north of Pratt Park.

Now dubbed Southpaw, a Squire Park apartment project has topped out at 162 19th Ave. The four-story, 38-unit project is being developed by Kamiak Real Estate. Constantine Builders began work on the project, which replaced an old six-plex, early last year. The midblock site is next to Good Neighbor Cafe.
