27 Beacon Hill units up for another review

The site is a few steps away from Beacon Hill Station and the Hilltop Red Apple grocery store.

Another administrative design review will probably come next month for the small apartment building planned at 2815 16th Ave. S. The design, from Benny & Lydia Kim Architects, has evolved slightly since the last presentation in May.
