Plans have been brewing for three-odd years in Bremerton for an apartment project dubbed Evergreen Pointe. It takes its name from the saltwater-facing Evergreen Rotary Park opposite its vacant site at 631 Sheldon Blvd. That’s about a mile north of the downtown ferry terminal.
